One of the keys to a golf swing that will deliver more consistent, accurate golf shots,
as well as a few more yards, is the upper body rotation.

Many golfers struggle to make good and consistent contact because
they’re restricted  or use their arms
without rotating the upper body. Improve your range of motion. Improve your golf.

Here’s another exercise that is designed to improve your range of motion and
your ability to make a good shoulder turn.

Laying on the ground, with your back and shoulders on the floor,
spread both arms out either side of you.

Now lift your legs off the floor with knees at a 90-degree angle (as shown left).
With your shoulders staying in contact with the floor, rotate
your legs slowly to the left and then bring them back.

Now move your legs to the right and bring them back. Do this 10 times in each direction.

It’s a great exercise for both hip and shoulder flexibility and improves rotation around the spine.

If you have any aches and pains, or are unsure about exercising, then be prepared to consult a fitness professional.
Change your life. Change your golf. Get fit for golf. Get fitter for life.
